Hot Chai Milk
Ingredients
1 cup 2% milk or sub. plain, unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
3 black peppercorns
3 cardomon pods
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 packet stevia or Splendid
½ tsp. real vanilla
3 orange peels (you can skip if you don’t have)
Directions:
Heat in sauce pan on low heat and allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes to allow spices bloom. Pour into mug and enjoy!
**This recipe multiplies and easily stores for 3-4 days
**If you are lactose intolerant, substitute Lactaid Milk
