When will I receive my order?

It may take up to 2 business days for your American Fitness Couture order to be processed. After the processing time, your order will be shipped and may take up to 7 business days. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. You may also retrieve your order status and tracking information in your Account.

How do I ship internationally?

Shipping a American Fitness Couture order internationally out of the United States is easy! Simply enter the international destination for your order while checking out. After your address of choice is entered, your shipping rate will be adjusted.

I placed an international order; will I need to pay taxes or duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. American Fitness Couture cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from American Fitness Couture, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to American Fitness Couture. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

American Fitness Couture does ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.

What are my shipping options?

When you shop on AmericanFitnessCouture.com, your shipping options vary based on your shipping destination. Typically, we ship USPS first class or UPS priority.

What is my American Fitness Couture.com order status?

To check your order status, simply log into your Account and select your order. The status of your order will be shown throughout the entire process. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

What are my payment options?

AmericanFitnessCouture.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and, Discover Cards.

How do I use a promotional code?

Visit "My Shopping Bag" to apply your discount code (coupon codes are not case sensitive) and press apply to add the discount amount instantly. You cannot apply more than one coupon code to your order.

How do I cancel my American Fitness Couture order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can cancel your order. Your order cannot be cancelled once the warehouse begins processing your order. If you need any additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.

Does AmericanFitnessCouture.com charge sales tax?

At this time, American Fitness Couture only charges sales tax to orders with Billing and Shipping addresses within California.

Can I change my AmericanFitnessCouture.com order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can update or change American Fitness Couture your order. Your order cannot be updated once the warehouse begins processing your order. If you need any additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.

Do I need to create an account to place an order on AmericanFitnessCouture.com?

You can check out on AmericanFitnessCouture.com with a registered account or as a guest. When you checkout with a registered account it will be more convenient to track and manage all of your AmericanFitnessCouture.com orders.

Why was all or part of my order cancelled?

Orders are rarely cancelled. All order shipments are subject to product availability. In the rare occasions that partial or complete orders are cancelled due to inventory shortage, the individual product(s) final price will return to the payment type.

How do I create an account?

You can create an Account either before or during your Checkout Process. To create an account prior or separate from your purchasing process, click on "Sign In" in the top right corner of the American Fitness Couture website. To create an account during your purchase, simply continue with the Checkout process. You will receive a page that will inquire if you want to Create an Account, Sign In with your existing account, or to Checkout with Guest Checkout.

Do I need to create an account to place an order on AmericanFitnessCouture.com?

You can check out on AmericanFitnessCouture.com with a registered account or as a guest. When you checkout with a registered account it will be more convenient to track and manage all of your AmericanFitnessCouture.com orders.

I forgot my password, how do I Log In?

If you forgot your American Fitness Couture password, click on "Sign In" and then select "Forgot my password." You will receive an email that will give you further steps in creating a new password.

How do I update my AmericanFitnessCouture.com account?

After logging into your account, you can update any fields. Simply click on the specific preferred field of updating and save.

American Fitness Couture believes in providing a safe and secure experience for all of our online visitors. REFUND AND EXCHANGE

What is the AmericanFitnessCouture.com Return Policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a Return or Exchange with AmericanFitnessCouture.com. Any orders that are initiated after the 30 day period will not be accepted for Refund or Exchange. All sales are final for all Sale Products. At this time, American Fitness Couture does not cover the cost of Return Shipping. For your personal protection, we recommend that you choose a shipping option that will allow you to track and insure the products that you are returning. American Fitness Couture is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse. 
All returned products will be inspected upon receiving the package. If products are not in re-salable condition, your return will be denied. Refunds and Exchanges may take up to 15 business days. You will be notified once your Exchange or Refund has been fully processed.

EXCHANGES: Return Shipping will be refunded provided you include the shipping sales receipt. All exchange orders are subject to product availability.

How do I return my American Fitness Couture Products?

To return your AmericanFitnessCouture.com order, log in to your account and select your order history. After you click to the desired order to return, click the Return field within your account. Follow the additional steps throughout the process. AmericanFitnessCouture.com does not cover the cost of Return Shipping at this time. Only orders placed on the AmericanFitnessCouture.com website will be accepted for refund or exchange, as long as they are within the Return Policy conditions.

The American Fitness Couture style that I want is not available, what should I do?

If the American Fitness Couture style that you are interested in is not available, please email Customer Service with the style name, color and size you are looking for. One of our representatives will respond with an update of inventory availability as quickly as possible. 


Where is American Fitness Couture clothing manufactured?

All our fabric is manufactured in the United States. All American Fitness Couture garments are sewn in the United States. Sweatshop free. Proudly sewn in Los Angeles, California.
