Jessica Matthews, M.S., E-RYT-500 is assistant professor of health and exercise science at Miramar College and associate kinesiology faculty at MiraCosta College. As a college professor, seasoned yoga educator and certified Reiki practitioner, she has developed and implemented 200- and 500-hour yoga teacher training programs at the college level. She also teaches a number of other health and exercise-science based courses, such as applied kinesiology, health; lifestyle and techniques of exercise leadership.
With a focus on holistic health and mindful living, Jessica is a certified health coach, author, speaker and content developer with an unyielding passion and commitment for empowering people to live their happiest, healthiest, most fulfilling and authentic lives.
