Jessica Schmidt, MBA E-RYT-500, loves going deep with students to transform their bodies and to stimulate their minds for greater self-love and clarity. During a stressful corporate job over 11 years ago, she experienced yoga and meditation for the first time. This catalyzed a process of self-discovery, which took her from Harvard Business School in New York City to a non-profit in Toronto, and finally to Los Angeles. Here, she trained with Mia Togo and became a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. Jessica Matthews, M.S., E-RYT-500 is assistant professor of health and exercise science at Miramar College and associate kinesiology faculty at MiraCosta College. As a college professor, seasoned yoga educator and certified Reiki practitioner, she has developed and implemented 200- and 500-hour yoga teacher training programs at the college level. She also teaches a number of other health and exercise-science based courses, such as applied kinesiology, health & lifestyle and techniques of exercise leadership.

Zola Williams hails from Bowie Maryland as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor. She received her Bachelor in Fine Arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and soon after, moved to Las Vegas to perform in the live musical: The Lion King.
In 2012, Zola moved to Los Angeles and received a teaching certification for Cardio Barre and a 450 hour certification for classical Pilates. She is very excited to represent American Fitness Couture!

Breann Mitchell is a San Diego native. She began her career in the fitness industry 16 years ago as a Group Exercise Instructor at San Diego State University. After obtaining her AFAA, NASM and ACSM certifications, she began personal training and completed her Kinesiology degree. Breann graduated from SDSU with a B.S. in Kinesiology, emphasis in fitness, nutrition and health. She has a wealth of experience training, teaching and programming everything from kickboxing, step, body sculpting, functional fitness, bootcamp, Mat Pilates, various forms of dance, and more.
After relocating to San Francisco in 2008, she went on to hold multiple roles at The San Francisco Bay Club. Her positions included Specialty Fitness Program Director, Pilates Director, Membership Director - all while continuing to teach group exercise and conduct personal training. In 2011, she left The Bay Club to start Xercise Lab as the SVP of Training and Choreography. During her time at Xercise Lab, she was a choreographer for all 10 Xercise Lab programs, creator of X3 Training. In May of 2015, she relocated to Santa Monica and took the position as Regional Fitness Programming Director for The Bay Club Company.
