3 T. protein powder (to keep it vegan, use a non-dairy protein powder)
1 Greens packet or about 1 T. of a greens powder mix made with preferably organic fruits and vegetables and alkalizing grass juices
6 oz. water
6 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 T. avocado, diced ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
2 T. honey or raw agave
2-3 T. best quality powdered bittersweet cocoa
1 T. cacao (cocoa) nibs (optional if you want to add some crunchy texture)
2-4 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients except the cacao nibs to a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy to your consistency.
2. Add cacao nibs and blend for another 5-10 seconds to break up the nibs into little bits. Yields: Two servings. Serving size: 8 ounces.
